Scope of Work:

AFSC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for AFSC branch leasehold improvements in Alberta. The successful Vendor will be required to enter into an Agreement with AFSC for the duration of the deliverables with further options to extend for additional project needs. The successful Vendor shall have the capacity to provide the necessary equipment and labor for the services included in the RFP and can meet the requirements and expected levels of service to project completion.

AFSC will be relocating one or more branch locations in Central Alberta in 2026-2027. The first planned relocation is in Camrose, Alberta. AFSC is relocating from the Camrose Agriculture Financial Services (Government of Alberta) building to a private lease location in Camrose. The main/base building construction is complete, and AFSC is seeking a Vendor/ Prime Contractor to complete the leasehold improvements (shown in Appendix F) required to be completed for AFSC to occupy the space and conduct business.

Phase One: Relocate Camrose Office The new space will require turn-key leasehold improvements, AFSC will provide all furnishings and some previously purchased materials listed in Appendix (F), however all other fixtures including a millwork welcome desk and gate are included in the Contractor scope. Previously purchased materials include: Blinds, Bathroom Lighting, Metered Bathroom Faucets, Plumbing (toilets, sinks), Network Cabling, Ceiling Materials, Other Lighting, and Flooring

Phase One of this project is required to commence by April 27th 2026, and must be completed prior to June 30, 2026. The contract may be extended and/or amended to accommodate for subsequent work and additional scope to be determined, for Phase Two, which would include additional leasehold improvement related projects between 2026-2028. The agreement will be non-exclusive. Construction/performance bonds may be requested for the initial and subsequent projects.
