Scope of Work: The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). This RFP includes engineering services for detailed design of yard expansion at Namao Substation, located within the City of Edmonton at 12715- 101 Street. The work includes electrical, structural and civil works to replace two 72kV lines and reconfigure some of the existing 72kV circuit connections including the addition of a new 72kV dead-tank breaker. The yard will be expanded, ground grid extended and new gantries added or re-built. P&C, SCADA and telecom work are not in scope. Coordination with other groups, including within EPCOR and other consultants, is required. The development of both an issued-for-tender (IFT) and issued-for-construction (IFC) packages are required. Development of construction scope-of-work, as well as any additional material specifications and procurement support is required. Construction support once project is in construction phase is required, this will include approving shop drawings, concrete mix, slump tests and any other construction base approvals. |

Scope of Work: The Town of Morinville invites qualified contractors to submit bids for roadway improvements along East Boundary Road, the shared boundary roadway between the Town of Morinville and Sturgeon County. The project limits extend from the 96 Avenue intersection (south limit) to Highway 642 (north limit). The Work generally includes upgrading the existing rural gravel roadway cross section, currently consisting of shallow roadside ditches, to a hybrid urban/rural cross section featuring curb and gutter on the west side of the roadway and ditching on the east side. The project also includes raising the roadway elevation to accommodate storm infrastructure improvements and enhance existing surface drainage conveyance to its intended outlet. Also included in this tender is the Highway 642 Crosswalk Work, identified as a PROVISIONAL item. This portion of the Work, outlined in Schedule F of the Schedule of Quantities, may be adjusted depending on whether tender pricing aligns with the Town’s approved project budget. |

This Notice of Intent to c is issued by City of St. Albert (the “City’) for procurements as required by policy and trade agreements in relation to a specific procurement, as detailed below. This is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that the City intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre‐identified vendor, thereby allowing other vendors to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no vendor submits a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in this NOI, on or before the closing date specified above, the City may then proceed with the award to the pre‐ identified vendor. The City has a requirement for Servus Place Fire Alarm Booster Device Replacement – Phase 3. The purpose of this NOI is to signal the City’s intention to award a contract for these services and/or goods to the vendor identified in this notice. Before awarding a contract, however, the City provides other vendors with the opportunity to demonstrate that they can satisfy the requirements set out in this NOI by submitting a Statement of Capabilities during the posting period. If other potential vendors submit Statements of Capabilities during the posting period that meet the requirements set out in the NOI, the City may undertake a public bid solicitation process in order to award the contract to a vendor that meets the City’s requirements. If no other vendor submits, on or before the closing date, a Statement of Capabilities meeting the requirements set out in this NOI, a contract will be awarded to the pre‐selected vendor.
The work requested through this procurement is to replace existing booster devices within the fire alarm system at Servus Place and to complete associated programming, verification, engineering, and troubleshooting services. This procurement is Phase 3 of the Servus Place fire alarm lifecycle renewal. Phases 1 and 2 upgraded and renewed components of the existing Siemens proprietary fire alarm system at Servus Place, with the City’s approach focused on upgrading existing Siemens system components (rather than introducing a new platform) to maintain system compatibility and continuity of operation. Phase 3 addresses remaining lifecycle issues within the existing system, specifically the replacement of fire alarm booster devices and related batteries/cards. This work includes the replacement of the booster devices, followed by verification with a professional engineer present to finalize sign-off. The work also includes an investigation of the root cause of the existing sync issue once the boosters have been replaced and a determination of whether any devices within the pool area still require replacement.
