Scope of Work: Cross Lake Provincial Park is located in north-central Alberta, approximately 34 km west of the Town of Athabasca, and 125 km north of Edmonton. Nestled beside Steel Lake and surrounded by the beauty of the boreal forest, the park provides opportunity for outdoor recreation and nature based experiences. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, water-skiing, power boating, and birdwatching. The park's wastewater is currently managed through six independent systems, which service the shower building, dump station, concession building, maintenance building, and two staff houses. Two of the systems involve on-site treatment and discharge, and four consist of holding tanks that are regularly pumped out. Although all of the systems are functioning, each has a different capacity, age, and maintenance requirements. This fragmented set-up creates operational challenges and long-term servicing issues. In addition, the holding tanks incur operational costs to pump them out on a regular schedule. The primary goal of this project is to establish a long-term wastewater management strategy for the park that is reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible. This strategy will reduce operating costs, minimize risks, and ensure infrastructure is fit for its intended purpose. The project will also demonstrate Parks Division's commitment to environmental protection and ensure a safe, high-quality experience for park visitors. The purpose of this RFP is to invite proposals from suitably qualified Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience and qualification to assess existing conditions and develop recommendations that will support the park’s long-term wastewater servicing needs. |

Scope of Work: Description of Work/Specifications: Install Fob Entry System Contractor to remove all existing lock hardware from all doors. Install a compatible fob system that is currently being used by Leduc Regional Housing Foundation on all entry/exit, suite, mechanical, laundry and storage room doors. Contractor is responsible for running all required wiring Contractor is responsible for repairing all damage to walls, ceilings and flooring that may take place during installation. All locks and fobs to be programmed to operate seamlessly upon completion. Any access buttons will be left operational with new fob system. All fobs to be programmed to run with existing system used by Leduc Regional Housing Foundation. All hardware that is removed from existing doors is to be numbered and left on site, these will be disposed of by Leduc Regional Housing Foundation. Work to be completed during the hours of 8:00am till 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Work site to left clean and tidy of any debris at the end of each workday No doors are to be left unsecured overnight at the end of the day. Scope of Work: Grande Spirit Foundation (GSF) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the modernization and replacement of the existing fire alarm system at James Manor, a 21-unit seniors housing facility located in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The project consists of the complete replacement of the existing conventional fire alarm system with a new addressable fire alarm system. The Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the fire alarm control panel, replacement and upgrade of existing fire alarm initiation devices, replacement of corridor bells with horn/strobe notification devices, installation of piezo sounders and visual strobe devices within resident suites and bedrooms, installation of fault isolation modules, modifications to existing fire alarm wiring, integration with elevator recall functions, door hold-open devices, sprinkler monitoring systems, and other associated life safety systems. The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, programming, testing, verification, commissioning, training, documentation, and related services necessary to provide a complete and operational fire alarm system in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work shall be completed in accordance with the Bid/Contract Package and SPA Engineering Ltd. Drawing and Specification Package No. 25-162, Issued for Tender January 23, 2026. An optional site visit will be held at James Manor on June 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM Alberta Time. Bid submissions must be received no later than June 26, 2026 at 2:00:59 PM Alberta Time. Scope of Work: Klondike Place is served by a two-boiler boiler plant. Many components of the system including one of the boilers have exceeded their typical operating life, increasing maintenance frequency and costs, or have failed. Parts for existing boilers are not easily sourced and therefore, replacement of the boiler systems is required. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: - Demolish existing boiler systems and associated piping, boiler pumps, distribution pumps, expansion tank, combustion air, and flues within the boiler room. - Provide new boilers and associated piping, boiler pumps, distribution pumps, expansion tank, combustion air, and flues within the boiler room. - Provide new monitoring control system for boilers, boiler pumps, and distribution pumps. - Demolish existing and provide new electrical components and wiring associated with mechanical upgrades. Klondike Place is planned to remain with full occupancy during the duration of this project. |

Scope of Work: EPCOR is seeking a Contractor with a diverse crane fleet, including, without limitation, boom trucks, cranes for rough terrain operations, hydraulic trucks, and all terrain cranes for lifting activities in high voltage environments, on an as-required basis. The Successful Proponent will provide the cranes with certified operators in compliance with Alberta legislation, including health, safety and environment legislation. The cranes will be used by EPCOR in the City of Edmonton and possibly surrounding areas, and at Genesee, which is located approximately 70 kilometers southwest of Edmonton. The cranes may be required on very short notice (less than one day). The Successful Proponent must have the ability and capacity to simultaneously supply several types of cranes with operators to more than one Work site, on very short notice. The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a three (3) year agreement with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. EPCOR reserves the right to award the Work to more than one Proponent. |
