Scope of Work: The project is the renovation of a condominium suite for the purposes of accessibility compliance under the National Building Code – 2023 Alberta Edition – Section 3.8 Accessibility. The condominium suite is located on the third floor at 85th Street NW, Edmonton Alberta and was built in 1989. The project includes a new kitchen and bathroom modifications including but not limited to mechanical, electrical system modifications. The space occupies 917 sqft. |

Scope of Work: PROJECT BACKGROUND: Strathcona Science Provincial Park has two existing underground water lines that require capping. One of these lines has developed a leak, which requires isolation, and the second line requires isolation to fully decommission the unused waterline. Strathcona County operates a 6-inch water supply line that services both lines, as well as the Sunridge Ski Area. This main supply line is currently shut off. The exact size and condition of the two water lines are unknown. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: The objective of this project is to locate, expose, and permanently cap the two underground water service lines coming off the water main close to the water main. |
